The post's layout was well spaced and each part was easily identifiable. Your short summaries of the individual videos were well written and could be understood easily by someone who has not watched the videos. I would recommend including the hyperlinked form of the name of the video within your descriptive paragraphs.
I agree with you to a certain extent, pertaining to technology in the classroom. I believe that the use of technology would be helpful if controlled. For example, I am doing my early field experience in a Baldwin County school and they have recently began the Digital Renaissance. Each student has been given a MacBook. I witnessed these student misusing this technology while their teacher was reviewing for their first test. They were playing games and skyping each other. As far as I am concerned, this was not the use of technology in the classroom I would like to see. We, as educators, would need to become more aware of our students actions in the classroom if technology is to be put in the hands of said students. The students themselves would also need to become more responsible and accountable. I believe these are only a few issues we would come into contact with. You could say that the 25% of the population in India with the biggest ears outnumbers ALL of the people in the United States with two ears. That is because India has over 4 times as many people as the U.S. and China has over 5 times as many! Look it up.

"We are only holding the next generation back by not giving them the tools they need to succeed." But it will take me almost all semester to convince many of your classmates of that!

How will the "glass revolution" affect schools, teachers, students - learning in general?

Previous comment deleted to remove a comma that should not have been present and that changed the meaning of what I had written.John Hadley Strangehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17484977903995419205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4662474026977357817.post-72783874121442595102012-09-11T09:50:45.547-07:002012-09-11T09:50:45.547-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.John Hadley Strangehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17484977903995419205noreply@blogger.com
